Police say this mouth-breather was walking around the park, holding an Australian black swan by the throat. Officers saw him in the act, and when he realized he had been busted, he dropped the poor swan on the ground.
Wynne has been charged with theft, animal cruelty, and his bond is set at $1,000.
John should change his name to Lozer because this certainly was not a "winning" moment on his behalf.
A spokesman for the swan said they are mobilizing their attack bird squadron and plan to rain fecal matter all over Wynne when he is released from jail.
