A 15-year-old from Holly Hill breaks into a home via the kitchen window, to steal what he thought was a pot plant. Turns out, he was completely wrong.
With all of the mainstream references to marijuana, you would assume it is nearly impossible for anyone to misidentify a cannabis plant.
When the moron is caught by the homeowner, he tries teasing her about having pot in her house in the first place.
The woman shouted back "you stupid little brat, it's a tomato plant!", according to the News-Journal.
She recognized him the following day after walking her son to his bus stop, and called the cops. Since it was his first offense, he was charged with unarmed burglary.
Hopefully, this will be his last brush with stupidity. But if history has shown us, this is just the start for this MENSA member.
