Every time you log into Yahoo! you see an ad for some fitness suppliment and a really ripped dude as their spokesman.
The product they are pitching you is called Force Factor, and the pictures are for real.
Don't get me wrong, those guys are examples of extraordinary amounts of hard work, years of training, a great diet, etc. However, I have used this product in the past, I can tell you first hand, if you're looking to become more vascular, and naturally break a plateau you just hit at the gym, this is the only thing I'd try.
I picked up my first bottle of Force Factor at GNC when I was trying to lean out. I'm naturally a chubby guy. By naturally, I mean I am usually sitting here in front of a computer and not out chasing down criminals or running footballs into the end-zone.
So I'm a little fluffy.
After I hit the gym for a couple of weeks to break myself in and wake up that muscle-memory, I shop around for basic vitamins and supplements.
One thing that has helped me recover fast, and I mean bounce back within days and not weeks, is Force Factor itself. Which promotes the body's ability to create N.O., Nitric Oxide. This helps you stay energized througout your workout and want to come back to the gym for more each time.
I'm starting my next regiment of Force Factor and I've just ordered some Ramp Up.
