Coordinates sales appointments & supports field sales associates. A successful candidate should have the ability to overcome objections and convert leads into appointments. Please note this list is not inclusive of all duties.

Requirements:

 

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Individuals must be at least 18 years of age
• Customer service, call center or inside sales experience is preferred
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule

ONE CALL RESOLUTION SPECIALIST: The One Call Resolution Agent takes inbound calls from customers who want to set-up a home improvement service. The agent then qualifies the customer and sets the appointment. Agents also handle cancellations, reschedule appointments, and redirect callers who don't want Home Improvement services to the proper line of business. Please note this list is not inclusive of all duties.
